Information:

Presented at the NAMM Show 2026 in Anaheim during the Fender Dealer Event, this Fender Custom Shop 1951 Telecaster Relic in Aged Nocaster Blonde is an exclusive edition, available only by special order during the event. Faithfully inspired by the very first 1951 Telecasters, this guitar emphasizes vintage authenticity with the premium craftsmanship typical of the Custom Shop. This little powerhouse features an ash body finished in Nitrocellulose Lacquer in a Nocaster Blonde Relic Super Aged finish, recreating the natural wear of an instrument that has lived through decades. The flame maple neck features a substantial 1951 U profile with a matching nitrocellulose finish, while playability remains true to vintage instruments, offering added comfort thanks to a compound-radius maple fingerboard (7.25″–12″), 21 frets, a standard 25.5″ scale length, and a bone nut.

On the hardware side, it features a standard vintage bridge, vintage Fender tuners, and equipment faithful to the spirit of the first Telecasters. Electronics consist of two Fender Handwound ’51 Nocaster single-coil pickups in the neck and bridge positions, delivering the twangy, dynamic, and vintage character typical of early-1950s Telecasters.

This Fender Custom Shop 1951 Telecaster Relic Aged Nocaster Blonde therefore represents an exclusive NAMM 2026 piece, combining historical authenticity, relic finish, and premium components, aimed at collectors and musicians seeking the sound and feel of the very first Telecasters.
