Here is a beautiful Ibanez Herman Li Signature, model EGEN18, produced from 2008 to 2019. Our instrument is in excellent condition, with virtually no marks or signs of playwear, aside from one tiny ding on the upper edge that is almost invisible, and the frets are in like-new condition. This beauty is truly stunning, featuring a gorgeous flamed maple top and a superb rosewood fingerboard.

The EGEN18 is a solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2008. It is the signature model of guitarist Herman Li, best known for his work with the British power metal band DragonForce. The EGEN18 is manufactured in Japan by FujiGen.

The EGEN18 was Herman Li’s first signature Ibanez model and the first guitar of the E-Gen series. It was originally referred to as the EGEN1 before being renamed the following year. Based on the S series, it features several model-specific characteristics, including the “Kung Fu Grip” on the upper horn, extended sculpting on the lower cutaway, and additional switching options.

The EGEN18 features a flamed maple top on a mahogany body, bolted to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard adorned with abalone oval inlays and scalloping on the top four frets. Hardware includes custom DiMarzio HLM pickups with two humbuckers surrounding a single-coil pickup, a special version of the Edge Zero double-locking tremolo bridge with gold finish, oversized gold springs, a removable ZPS tuning stabilizer, and Gotoh tuning machines.
