We all know that the Fender Custom Shop strives to offer faithful, high-quality Reissues of their most iconic guitars, including the legendary Nocaster. The original models were produced during the first months of 1951, that’s all… The Custom Shop has therefore been reissuing the nameless devils for several years now, and the musicians are as happy as anything.

This superb 1951 NOS Nocaster Custom Shop is in the Heavy Relic version, really great looking, with dents, scratches, playwear, in short, it looks good and it gives the instrument a typical look of a guitar having played for more than 70 years but above all it transforms the instrument. Every time we had the NOS (new old stock) and Relic or Heavy Relic versions of the same guitars (the Gilmour Strat…) the Relic and Heavy Relic versions were always better. This Fender Custom Shop S21 LTD 51 Nocaster Heavy Relic edition has a fabulous neck, a marvel!!

This superb 1951 Nocaster Relic Custom Shop is a gem and has a premium lightweight ash body, a one-piece U-shaped maple neck with a compound radius of 7.25 to 9.5 inches, vintage frets and Custom Handwired 50/51 pickups. The whole thing delivers a huge, slamming sound, truly vintage. The super pleasant nitro cellulose varnish makes the instrument comfortable. In short, superb finishes and total success for this guitar. And our baby is one of the lightest Telecasters the store has ever had at only 3.15 kilos. The instrument comes with its original tweed center pocket case, certificate, tags and original ashtray.
