How happy we are these days, with the superb limited editions of the Fender Custom Shop, there is a bunch of splendid guitars that are coming in the store !!! We repeat ourselves, but the Fender Custom Shop is dedicated to offering faithful and quality reissues of their most referential guitars, including the legendary Telecaster. The original models were produced as early as mid-1951 and 70 years later, the Custom Shop still offers this devilish benchmark and the musicians are blissfully happy. Here is for 2021 a fantastic version in Journeyman and with a superb Aged Dakota Red Journeyman finish.

This superb 59 Telecaster Limited Edition Custom Shop is in Journeyman version, quite credible, with few flaws, weathercheck, scratches but almost no dents and visible wood, in short, it looks good and it gives the instrument a typical look of a guitar having been carefully played but above all it transforms the instrument. This 2021 edition features a fabulous Rift Sawn maple neck with a 60’s Oval C profile !! The neck is perfect and the frets are 6105, and with the 7.25 ” profile, we are in the nails of the old Fender. The body is in selected alder, which gives more fullness and fat to the timbre. This guitar is a marvel in overdrive, not too aggressive and brilliant, everything is full and fat, it’s superb !!

The 59 Telecaster Journeyman Limited Edition has custom Hand-Wound 58 Pickups pickups. The whole delivers a huge and slamming sound, really vintage. The super pleasant nitro cellulose varnish makes the instrument comfortable. In short, superb finishes and total success for this guitar. This instrument was only available by special order for European dealers and less than twenty pieces were produced. Beautiful and more rare, here is a superb Telecaster !!!
