Super cool looking Melon Candy Strat !!! Original Fender design in concert with modern appointments and a custom Closet Classic® finish make the Limited Edition ’65 Strat® a timeless one-of-a-kind tool for players, pros and collectors alike. Created in the Fender Custom Shop, this road-worthy stage companion features Custom Shop hand-wound ’65 Strat® pickups, which are wound to the exact specs from those formidable years that burned the Stratocaster into the history of music forever. A combination of features from this transitional period are wide 12th fret dot spacing, pickguard screw spacing and a round-lam fingerboard.
The two-piece alder body wears a nitro lacquer Closet Classic® finish, while the tinted rift-sawn maple neck sports a ’60 “C” profile, round-lam rosewood fingerboard, 9.5” fingerboard radius and 21 6105 frets. Other features include five-way pickup switching, vintage synchronized tremolo and tuning machines, bone nut and wing string tree with metal spacer. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
Also, that super good looking guitar is a second hand that comes back to us in the same condition we sold it a year ago. A bargain.
