Here’s a fantastic instrument, a Telecaster design with the Hollow Body conferring lightness and attack. This guitar has a hollow alder body with an alder top, which gives it varied and round registers, with depending on the pickups selected all the twang and attack that we know from traditional Telecaster. In short, it really goes further !! This Tom Anderson Hollow T Classic from 2002 is in good condition. It’s all in the title, but we’ll give you some baby details: lightweight alder hollow body with alder top and a beautiful Metallic Gold finish. On Anderson’s website, the specifications of this guitar mention a Lake Placid Blue finish, but no doubt, this is a mistake, the finish of this guitar is original. There have been changes in the electronic, with the addition of a Seymour Duncan STK-2 humbucker to the two original Anderson TV1 and TV3 pickups. Changes have also been made to the switching and electronic configuration with a very practical switch system allowing you to add the neck pickup to one or the other of your positions and especially to split the middle pickup for single coil sounds snapping. With all the 5 position blade switch and push pull selections, amazing versatility and versatility are achieved.
The maple neck is also a treat of comfort with its 785 to .930 profile, its satin curve and the Buzz Feiten system offering an unprecedented playing accuracy. The quality of the fretjob and the manufacture in general is simply impressive. Tom Anderson builds some of the most incredible electric instruments, here is a great example.
This 2002 guitar is in a good condition but has a lot of small playwear, scattered mini dents, a few dings. The neck has a series of small dings and the frets are super clean with no playwear. The action is low, offering an excellent playing comfort. Delivered with generic case without documents.
