At the 2026 NAMM Fender Custom Shop Event, Jackson unveiled an ultra-limited guitar available exclusively to dealers attending the event: the Jackson PC1 Phil Collen Signature Nitro Tour Relic Vanilla Shake. When I saw the guitar on display, I counted 21 order cards on the instrument. In short, let’s assume Jackson may have made around 25 of them… On the one hand, the guitar looked absolutely stunning; on the other, Phil Collen himself was there. So, just as in previous years, in 2019 and 2021, Leadmusic was once again able to order the limited-edition PC1 that Jackson offered at NAMM. And this year, the PC1 Nitro Tour Relic Vanilla Shake is an absolute gem!!
This Jackson Custom Shop Phil Collen Signature is the kind of instrument that reminds you why Jackson’s reputation was forged in its Custom Shop workshops long before the brand became a household name. Every detail reflects decades of craftsmanship, from its beautiful Vanilla Shake finish to its resonant roasted ash body, caramelized maple neck, and figured maple fingerboard. Designed for guitarists who demand speed and precision, this USA-built guitar feels like a true custom instrument the moment you pick it up. Lightweight, incredibly comfortable, and versatile, this PC1 is an absolute powerhouse!!
The fast-playing caramelized flame maple fingerboard and jumbo frets make effortless work of blazing solos and highly technical rhythm playing. The Floyd Rose tremolo and premium Gotoh tuners provide rock-solid reliability, allowing you to push every dive bomb, bend, and vibrato without hesitation. Its trio of DiMarzio pickups, paired with the signature Jackson PC1 Sustainer system, opens the door to an incredible range of sounds, from glassy cleans and vintage-inspired crunch to soaring, endless sustain that seems to sing forever. Whether you’re chasing classic rock leads or modern high-gain tones, this guitar delivers remarkable clarity and authority. With its gold hardware, tasteful relic treatment, and professional-grade appointments throughout, this Custom Shop masterpiece is every bit as inspiring to look at as it is to play.
Complete with its hardshell case and COA, this Jackson Custom Shop Phil Collen Signature is a rare opportunity to own an instrument that combines exceptional craftsmanship, innovative performance, and unmistakable style.
