Awesome one, really !!! The Reissue program, presented until 2014 offered, in my opinion, among the best Gibsons Reissue hat the American brand had produced since the 90’s… The imitation of old Les Paul Burst made by the Gibson custom shop was back then, according to them as good as the originals, and we would have tried to believe them, but since this instrument costs at least 30 times less, we do not even brainstorm any further, because this is one of the very good Les Pauls we have had with some of our Mark Knopfler Aged. This instrument is exceptional in tone and sustain. This guitar resonates and everything sounds full and full. Oh, and it plays great too !!

The Relic work is really top, for a few years and some Collector’s Choice already, Gibson really masters the thing, no doubt.

This Gibson Les Paul Standard 1960 Aged Ice Tea Heavy Aged is a marvel that has spent 7 years in the stocks of Swiss distributors. Probably too greedy, our swiss distributors eventually put this guitar away and didn’t release it until December 2022. The beauty sold right away and eventually came to us in June 2024 as a second hand guitar… In as new condition. It weighs 3.89 kilos and has an absolutely superb one-piece mahogany body, crowned with a beautiful maple top. The slightly cracked Nitro finish is also splendid, and the instrument offers really great playing comfort. Everything is right, everything is successful, everything is so well done, in short, everything reinforces the idea that these Reissue from the Edwin Wilson/Rick Gembar era of Custom Shop are the best recent Les Pauls made by Gibson…
