Das Empress Effects Heavy ist eine verrückte Distortion Pedal mit zwei unabhängige Kanäle integriert – heavy und heavier, die wirklich zwei verschiedene Sounds geben. Beide Kanäle haben eine Mid-Potis in Verbindung mit den 3-Wege-Schaltern für die Mittenfrequenz realisieren, wobei bis zu +10 dB Gain drin sind. Heavy und hevier Kanäle haben auch ihren eigenem Weight-Regler für den Charakter des Bassfundaments zur Verfügung.
Zu alldem kommt noch ein globaler, für beide Kanäle gleichermaßen wirksamer 2-Band-EQ, Bass und High, mit dem du den Sound für unterschiedliche Kombinationen aus Amp und Gitarrenlautsprecher maßschneidern kannst.
Diese Empress Heavy hat auch ein Noise Gate pro Kanäle, mit zwei verschiedene Verbindung: Natural und Agressive. Eine Trim Potis für Sensitivity des Noise Gate gibt es auch am Seiten des Pedal.

* True Bypass – The Empress Heavy employs true bypass, so you can be sure that it’s not affecting the signal when disengaged.
* Small Size – The enclosure measures approximately 4.5″ by 3.5″ by 1.5″, which is delightfully small when considering all the features packed into this unit.
